To become a member of the Cost Company team, all employees must possess and keep current at all times the following certifications:
1. A current driver’s license or government photo I.D.(not provided by the Unions)
2. A current drug free card
3. OSHA 10 or 30 hour training
4. Forklift Certified/Certification renewed every 3 years – for laborers intending to operate a forklift or lull
6. ICRA Certification
All of which certifications can be obtained from the respective local unions training facilities at no charge to the applicant or employee once they have joined the applicable union.
